Your role as our Operations Advisor
As an Operations Advisor, you are an advisor for the global organization, capable of jumping into any situation providing excellent solutions for all operational aspects within the production pipeline securing quality deliveries on time.
You are the expert in finding operational efficiency and quality where you implement new processes and ways of working that benefit the entire company. You take leading roles in forums or teams aiming to develop our core product offering and prioritizing the right product developments for the company's best.
Your profile as our Operations Advisor
We are looking for a curious, communicative, creative and collaborative solution area expert. You have a technical background and understand technical integrations within market research.
You have a track record of implementing new processes and tools that benefit the entire company and you are probably known as a trusted advisor who can offer operational solutions for any problem & secure a delivery within market research.
To succeed within this role, it is important to have a holistic understanding of how online surveys can be designed and how their data should be processed to create efficient client deliveries.
You love taking responsibility, and you are a positive person with a strive to always improve and turning challenges into opportunities.

• You are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
• You have at least 4 years' experience from tech integration areas related to the Nepa product offering.
• Experience from working with automated data processing of survey data from continuous data collection projects.
• You have experience from the Confirmit survey platform.
