NetEnt is growing rapidly and by that IT Services has to employ yet another two On-Site Support technicians.

IT Services provides operations, maintenance and support on office IT, business support systems and systems for test and development. We are located in Stockholm, Malta and Kiev, providing support to our global offices including Gothenburg, Gibraltar and New Jersey. The department is split into Information Services, Internal Operations and On-Site Support.

About the role

On-Site Support primarily works with tickets related to user administration and clients & devices. Working close to the rest of the company, interaction with internal customers is a major part of your daily work. The role is based in Stockholm, but you may be required to travel occasionally.

Your main tasks would be to receive incoming tickets and act upon quick tickets like unlocking accounts and resetting password also ensure that IT-equipment works properly in conference rooms and the office, raise purchase requests and interact with our suppliers in order to have equipment delivered to our offices. You will also deliver PC-clients and other IT-equipment primarily in our Stockholm office.

What's your background?

We appreciate if you would be skilled with:

• Active Directory User and Group Administration
• Experience in IT procurement or similar administration
• Experience in supporting OS X and Windows based systems
• Support of Audio Visual equipment I.E Projectors, TV's and Video Conferencing

We believe that you have 2-4 years in a similar Support Technician or helpdesk type role. You are eager to interact internationally and to work in a dynamic environment, where "everything happens"!

Maybe you have previous experience working in a service related business, such as a store or within customer service. Very good communication skills and full professional proficiency in English is a must. Swedish is a plus.
