hela Sverige The System Integration & Test Lead Engineer is part of our Onboard solutions management team and will have as a main objective to define an overall integration and test strategy for EBICAB 2000 ONBOARD systems taking into account the homologation requirements in the different countries (more on our onboard computer systems can be found here /
https://tinyurl.com/y7acz475). This role relates to an Expert career path with a high technical content. In principle, no other roles would be direct reports to the Integration & Test Lead.
The role will be integrated into the core ONBOARD Solution team and will actively participate in the development of generic and customer specific solutions while ensuring the adherence to all necessary standards and requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Creation of a generic Test Plan for ONBOARD solutions in close co-operation with the regional engineering. This includes strategy for factory and field tests, integration into the train and track train integration.
• Definition of quality gates for the in-deliverables into system integration, acceptance criteria for test results.
• Set requirements for test tools and test automation.
• Development of KPIs for test progress to be used in projects, including the test coverage level over system requirements.
• Support other functions (e.g. Regional Engineering, Sales, Quality Assurance and Supply Management) during the Project bid and execution phase to achieve the goals of the projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering/Computer Science.
• Experience with signalling systems or other process controlling systems with a global footprint.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good understanding of validation procedures, European Standards and country homologations.
• Must be familiar with System design processes according to "V Model" and system integration processes both in factory and field.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence the organization without having formal power;
