At the Air Inlet & Noise Encapsulation department within Scania Research & Development, we are currently involved in several projects where we constantly strive to improve engine performance, fuel consumption and environmental impact. We are a team of 14, including both designers and object managers.
As object manager you will take responsibility for the complete cross-functional scope of your assigned projects, all the way from project start to project end. Although you will formally belong to the Research & Development organization, you are expected to be involved in and lead all aspects of the product development, including Purchasing, Production, Sales & Marketing, etc. You will lead and follow up your project team and act as the link between line organization and project management.

Your Profile
You are communicative and goal-oriented, and find your own ways to tackle challenges.
You have an academic education at university level in Integrated Product Design, Industrial Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or similar. You communicate fluently in English in both speech and writing. You have at least 3-5 years of work experience after graduation, preferably within vehicle product development.
