In the role as an Order Coordinator you will be responsible for handling the complete order procedure. You will be dealing with a lot of customers and the role can really be described as a "spider-in-the web" role. It includes daily contacts with, of course external customers, but also a great number of internal contacts within the LG Electronics organization. You will join a Nordic group of nine positive and engaged persons
Who are you?
To suit this position you need to be a flexible, open minded and communicative person with great problem solving skills. Proactiveness and action focus are abilities that come natural to you in your way of thinking. To be successful in the role you are extremely service minded and enjoy making customers happy. You are well organized and structured in your work and have the ability to prioritize. As this is a Nordic role it is absolutely necessary that you speak and understand Norwegian, but not necessarily Swedish. Your English is, of course, very good, in both writing and speaking.
We think you have experience from working with sales or logistic oriented jobs and are used to working with IT and business systems.
