We are looking for an analytical and business minded Work Force Manager with workforce management experience for Webhelp Nordic.
Your mission will be to drive and develop all processes within staffing planning.
As a Work Force Manager, you take strategic responsibility with focus on analysis and changes of work.
We are looking for someone who actively will contribute to improvements for the staff, and come up with new solutions. As A Workforce Manager you will:
• Operate and develop all processes linked to workforce management for the company's assignment, which involves developing and operating methods and ways of working within the field.
* Lead and manage the schedulers including general management processes, i.e. 1-2-1, annual review.)
* Ensure the quality and coordinate workflow from WFM to Scheduling to Real Time department.
* Provide the production with trend measurement and analysis covering all related to adherence/attainment/productivity.
* Coordinate staffing.
* Be involved in recruitments requirements.
* Environmental scanning linked to system use and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• We believe you have 3-5 year's experience as a workforce specialist or analys, or a similar job.
* Experience as a manager 1-3 years.
* High understanding of the complexity and challenges that comes with planning and optimization of scheduling staff.
* Experience with scheduling or forecasting tools
* Skilled in the MS Office package, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage projects to improve employee performance
• Since English is our business language it is important that you have good English skills and feel comfortable by using this at a daily basis. * University Degree within project management, economics, statistic, labor law or logisitc is an benefit.
• Experience of Teleopti is an benefit.
