ArbetsuppgifterPurpose
• Support the Universal Pictures Nordic Senior Sales Team in all areas of business management
• To deliver insights and business strategies based on market conditions and trends from the retail market across Nordic. .
• To support the VMI business manager with automated order handling and other insights around the VMI strategies.
Functions, Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide both retailer and internal sales teams with relevant account analysis information to aid business growth and account insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analysis and reports based on market data
• Monthly and weekly reports and analysis on VMI account performance
• Plan and forecast sales to ensure maximum sales growth is achieved with the minimum of returns to maintain optimized "in-store" inventory levels
• Preparation and maintenance of the Nordic business plan
• Preparation of effective presentations both internally and externally
• Effective liaison with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) in order to ensure that all business needs are met and exceeded
BakgrundKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required
• Analytical with the ability to see business opportunities
• Profit conscious, familiar with P&L documents
• Excellent presentation skills - in both creation and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to listen and tailor plans to managements needs
• Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Committed and flexible team player
• Proactive self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude to work
Desired
• FMCG or equivalent experience
• Database experience
• Online knowledge
