SFS intec in Nordic is developing its operations and now there is an opportunity to be involved in developing and taking responsibility for the marketing and communication work within the company. As a Nordic marketing & Brand manager you will run both small and large market projects for Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of marketing activities, trade fairs, events and conferences. You will have a close dialogue with the marketing department in Switzerland.

Objectives

* Define, own and deliver the marketing strategy for the region aligned to the business objectives of each site working closely with the Nordic management team to achieve growth
* Ensure an integrated and cohesive marketing plan across all channels and media is delivered and achieved.
* Management of all marketing expenditure within agreed budget across the region
* Trace impact of marketing communication activities, including regular reporting with ROI
* Work closely together with peer group MarCom Division Construction and ensure high quality and professional execution of marketing communication activities.

The role is located in Strängnäs which is the Nordic head office. You will travel to Norway and Finland a couple of times a year when there are major local activities or marketing projects. Training and meetings will take place in the marketing department at SFS intec's head office in Switzerland.

Principal duties

* Full responsibility for brand management and corporate identity, ensure consistency and compliance at all time in the region.
* Defining regional marketing strategy to support sales growth and new market opportunities.
* Monitoring and analysing of current and future market trends including studying competitors' products and services.
* Identifying/researching new target markets working with Product Management and Sales, creating strategies to develop and communicate with them.
* Create and own New Product Introductions through market commercialisation.
* Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
* Raise the profile of the Nordic business through effective PR, Product marketing, On point messaging and all channel e-media.
* Analyse regular NPS results to assist in defining new business requirements and to continually improve our business performance to our target customer base/markets.
* Project management of assigned sales, business unit, regional and divisional projects.
* Manage, create and implement local content for online communication (website, social media etc.)
* Educate regional team in brand management and develop programs to improve quality of customer interaction
* Support the Div C eCommerce project as the marketing lead
* Appoint and manage external agencies where required.

We are looking for

We are looking for a person with positive mindset and high energy/vibrations, creative, open minded, curious for learning, self-motivated, high energy and service quality oriented, organized and excited to be a part of this international concern. You are happy to work with minimal supervision and you are comfortable making your own decision

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business and 5+ years of experience including progressive work experience in a similar role. Be able to motivate and inspire a team through matrix management. Excellent English and Swedish skills is necessary to present and communicate with the other team members.

You will be based at the head office in Strängnäs.
