The HR department in RSA Scandinavia is recruiting a Nordic Employee Relations specialist withengagement for developing and driving the employee relations agenda in close co-operation with the HR Community.The role will work in a Nordic context and the job requires ability to travel. The role will be placed in either Copenhagen, Malmö or Stockholm and be part of the HR Reward team.

Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the relations with the employer organizations in each country and represents the companies in negotiations and discussions about collective agreement and major organizational changes.
• You are responsible for nurturing the relationship with the trade unions in order to ensure that we have a good relationship built on trust. This includes to represent Codan and Trygg-Hansa in the European Work Council.

• You will proactively drive the development of the collective agreements to better support business transformation.

• You should also ensure that for each country relevant laws and collective agreements are followed and adhered to. This includes the laws and regulations within work environment. Ensure training and supporting and advising HR and managers in complex labor law issues.
• You should secure compliance and adherence with labor law, working environment regulations, remuneration regulations and Company policy instructions.
• Drive and/or participate in projects within area of responsibility
• Planning and run meetings with work-environment committees
• Ensuring that each country drive and develop strategic and systematic health- and safety work

Required skills / businessexperience

The role requires a minimum of 5-7 years' experience of employee relations, having also worked as a labor law specialist with deep knowledge of labor laws in at least one of the Scandinavian countries. Knowledge of labor laws in several Scandinavian countries is an advantage.

You are a strong team playerwith experience of working and achieving results in cross-organizational setups as well as in international business environments. Youhave strong communication and language capabilities.

You are used to have a consultative approach in the work style and can constructively challenge status quo. You have strong influencing skills and high energy combined with analytical skills and high integrity.

Necessary competencie

• Applicable University Degree (MSc or Bachelor)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Business awareness and understanding
• Strong collaboration competence

• Trust and integrity
