We are looking for a Nordic Career Development Lead to join our Career Development (CD) team in Stockholm.
In your position as our next Nordic Career Development Lead you will be a member of the CD Manager Team having a big impact and taking decisions, together with relevant stakeholders, on coming promotions for our Consultant Staff. The CD process take place twice per year and decisions are based on input from stakeholders across cohorts and offices which you will be responsible for collecting, following up on and presenting when needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your role at BCG will be crucial for our Consultants development as you will be responsible for coordinating, collecting and following up on input from the organization which includes but not limited to:
Coordinating the CD Process
• Coordinating and preparing CD schedules, calendar meetings, logistics and invitations
• Creating and preparing all CD-related material such as dossiers and portfolio overviews
• Collecting input from stakeholders across cohorts and offices to make sure analysis and data are complete before scheduled CD meetings
• Prepare and align with relevant stakeholders before the Nordic CD meetings and participate in Associate/Consultant/Project Lead Nordic CD meetings
Leading the CD Process
• Lead local CD meetings together with the CD chair where you make sure that the agenda is covered, and enough material are presented for taking fair decisions revolving promotions
• Taking lead on control evaluations and upward feedback requests knowing how to track and follow-up those with relevant parties and stakeholders
• Implementing the CD process and the platform enhancements in line with global and local initiatives
Following up on the CD process
• Following up and executing CD outcome and related actions where you will work closely and in alignment with relevant HR stakeholder to ensure the right staffing opportunities and training needs are met
• Facilitating the CD employee survey, analysing the data and suggesting improvements and lead the changes together with Head of CD
• Report and follow up on the monthly KPI

• Proven record of displaying tact, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to manage and drive responsibilities autonomously

• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Experience working with senior stakeholders successfully
YOU BRING EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience from working at international consulting firms with large databases
• Interest in advanced use of HR systems where Workday is preferrable but not required
• Bachelor or Master's degree within Human Resources or Business Management
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills and good computer proficiency
• Fluent in English and strong knowledge of one Scandinavian language
