Nexer Tech Talent are now recruiting for our upcoming talent programs starting in August 2023. Every year we start several one-year talent programs in collaboration with some of Sweden's largest companies. Today we run talent programs with clients like Volvo, Saab, SJ, Jeppensen, Västtrafik and several others.

During your year in a talent program, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent, but have a role in a team with one of our clients that best suits your profile and your interests. By starting your career as a consultant with us, you get the ultimate transition between studies and your future career in IT and Tech!
We are now looking for candidates who wants to work in roles such as Backend developer, Testers, Data engineers, Frontend developers, Data scientists, System developers and more.
Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent
Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent you will be coached by a mentor at the client site and by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. You will receive a tailored technical training program designed specifically for your role. You will there develop both your soft and hard skills on a personal and group level.
At Nexer tech talent we care for our consultants. We often invite to group activities such as lectures, after works and lunches. After successfully completing the assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment with one of our clients.
We believe that you will graduate and have a Bachelor 's or Master 's degree within one of the following fields:
• Data Science
• Software Development
• Engineering Physics
• Electronics/Electrical Power Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Computer systems and networks
