www.tectura.com.This Network System Administrator role involves all aspects of infrastructure design and support for hardware and software components including desktops, laptops, servers, WAN, LAN, Internet systems, printers and telecom services. This position will be responsible for offices and personnel throughout Europe with the primary focus on the Sweden offices and personnel. This role will include responsibilities for monitoring certain application availability and performance in Europe while also managing local production, demonstration and development servers.
Among other responsibilities, you will:
• Manage the Server Infrastructure including Backups and restores
• Support, install, maintain, and troubleshoot all Workstations / Applications
• Support, install, maintain, and troubleshoot all technical equipment in meeting rooms
• Provide technical support to both Europe and Sweden personnel
• Manage Mobile Devices and support them
• Virus Protection and virus elimination-software
• Manage Virtual Environment (Hyper-V)
• Maintain Windows Active Directory environment
• Attend staff meetings as required by senior Management
• Work with other team members and any required 3rd parties to troubleshoot issues
• Follow all change management policies and procedures
• Maintain the hosted development environments for our clients (NAV, AX)
• Other duties as assigned/required by senior Management
Required technical skills and experience:
• Experience with Windows Operating System is essential
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Effective problem solving skills required
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team as necessary
• Ability to communicate, support and work with end users who have minimal computer experience
• +3 years System administration on Windows Server platforms
• +4 years PC hardware installation and troubleshooting experience
• Fluent in English and Swedish both verbally and in writing
Personal Skills:
• Client facing, demonstrating good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand user requirements and deliver applicable solutions.
• Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
The Network System Administrator will be based In the Stockholm Office and is part of an International Team. The role will require some travel within Sweden, and potentially other countries within Europe and possibly other international locations.
