We are now looking for a devoted and driven National Retail Manager to join our Stockholm team with highly motivated and passionate colleagues.

ASSIGNMENT
Nespresso is seeking a National Boutique Manager to develop Nespresso sales and brand image in the market for the Boutique network. As National Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Managers as well as launching and planning different kinds of projects including new boutiques. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of short- and long-term sales strategies and you will be a member of the Swedish management team. The National Boutique Manager is the head of a team consisting of three boutique managers, and reports to the Country Business Manager. The job will require travelling to the boutiques in Malmö and Gothenburg, but also to the Finnish boutique in Helsinki.
As National Boutique Manager your responsibilities include:
• Ensure and develop sales and profit performance of boutique channels as well as customer service level in line with the company's strategy
• Develop a retail location strategy
• Identify new locations and be the projects manager for the implementation of new boutique locations
• Guarantee consistency of the Nespresso brand in the boutique network
• Support Boutique Managers and staff and ensure cross-functional communication and quality
• Analyse the market, foresee future trends and develop strategies according to them
• Budget management and business planning
EXPECTATIONS
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Several years of commercial experience
• Strong experience from retail and premium services companies
• Extensive experience in people management and negotiation
• Excellent ability to enable results through others
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish. Finnish is considered a merit.
• Strategic and analytical mind set, understanding of both short and long term business consequences of all decisions
• Organised and structured way of working, with very excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Persistent in driving and executing new strategies
