The MS Solution Sourcing unit provide end to end life cycle ownership of sourcing solutions for Managed Services, from development of industrialized sourcing solutions to customer engagement and project support pre- and post-sales, to ensure that Ericsson submit competitive bids and offers to our end customers. The unit also support Market Area Sourcing organizations with MS Sourcing competence development, knowledge sharing, best practices and tools.
The unit consist of Solution Sourcing Business Partners working globally with two main responsibilities:
• MS Business Engagements: Provide senior sourcing project management support in MS opportunities, pre- and post-sales (e.g. Feasibility Study, Business Case, Risk Analysis, Customer negotiations, Transition & Transformation phases) and drive the implementation of industrialized MS sourcing solutions in the MAs.
• MS Portfolio Solutions: Delivers global sourcing solution life cycle management for the MS portfolio. Secure specialized business/solution competence, best practice re-use and development /industrialization of sourcing solutions. .
One position is now open as MS Solution Sourcing Business Partner. This position is global and location is flexible.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing complex business projects both in sales and sourcing environments as well as having excellent negotiation skills and a broad Managed Services experience.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• MS Business Engagements: ?Support MA SBPs on MS Deals, pre- and post-sales globally
• Enable re-use of global sourcing solutions. Contribute to solution life cycle management
• Drive global practice sharing and competence development for MS Sourcing solutions.
• Sourcing lead in MS BA strategic deals
• Drive MA stakeholders
• Optimize Sourcing performance for target fulfillment
• MS Portfolio ?Responsible for MS global portfolio sourcing solution in its area of responsibility.
• Sourcing lead throughout Development Process. Fulfill MS business and product demands in Sourcing.
• Proactively promotes external alternatives in make/buy decisions with portfolio owner
• Driver in key supplier/partner negotiations and collaborations as per business solution
• Monitor customer solutions and evaluate industrialization of standard sourcing solutions
• Construct, share and drive documentations of MS Sourcing Solutions (sourcing industrialization)
• Manage sourcing solutions life cycle (evolve repository, project reference solutions, templates, BU & Regional push and pull) under its responsibility
• Build and maintain Solution Sourcing Curriculum
• Drive global solution domain community including knowledge sharing sessions
• Sourcing support/project mgmt in First Customer Deals and BA Strategic Customer Deals

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
