ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Sales Associate at Mini Rodini you are an ambassador for the brand and your daily
mission is to contribute to sales by offering the best possible service to our customers.
You strive every day to achieve the store's goals and present the store in its best side.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Provide the best possible service to our customers in the store
• Maintain presentation of the products in store
• Keeping the store clean
• Support Store manager with store deliveries and stock take
• Handling all types of questions regarding sizes, products and claim
• Seek information and stay updated with sustainability, product information and
policies at Mini Rodini
• Keyholder in a smaller shop
The position is a part-time job with 12h/week and cover for maternity leave, 9-10
month position based at our flagship store at Notting hill, London and you will report to
store manager. The position requires the flexibility to work both weekends and weekdays.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and
experience:
• Experience from similar positions
• Experience from and passionate about customer service and making
the customer happy, both parents and kids
• Great emphasis is placed on you being positive, goal-oriented, flexible
and motivated by good sales results.
• Knowledge of textile materials and Sustainability is an advantage
