hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Insamlingsstift War Child i Stockholm As MEAL Team Lead/Specialist within the Programme Quality team you will ensure quality of our organisational Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning approach. You are responsible for providing M&E expertise and capacity strengthening to technical and MEAL colleagues across War Child's country offices and global programmes to further the quality of the War Child programme portfolio.
You coordinate operationalisation and revision of War Child's Global Monitoring Framework, provide guidance in MEAL processes and support the development of digital systems. In this role you will support our Programme Accountability and Participation (PAP) adviser by promoting the importance of and compliance to relevant sector standards, including the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and you will contribute to the humanitarian sector networks and alliances, whilst actively advocating for the importance of MEAL within the organisation.
You will lead the MEAL agenda and provide guidance to the MEAL colleagues across the organisation to transitioning to a new shared strategy in collaboration with Country and Regional offices.
As a team lead you will line manage the M&E Officer and PAP adviser and coordinate & facilitate learning in a global team of MEAL colleagues. You will work in close collaboration with programme colleagues and management based in the Netherlands, Regional Hubs and Country Offices as well as other departments throughout the organization.
