hela Sverige As a Master Scheduler at Emerson you are responsible to make sure that the four fundamentals of Master Scheduling are met; demand, supply, volume and product mix. The primary function of a Master Scheduler is to balance demand and supply and identify critical risk to build plan and demand plan and to secure supply and lead time to our customers.
You will lead, maintain and develop our processes for material planning and forecasting. In this role you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement built on digital transformation with focus on order to delivery processes.
The Master Scheduler is responsible for monthly inventory reporting and is a key contributor to our sales and operations planning process. You will be contributing to the day-to-day business by supporting the organization with different analysis, monthly inventory control to ensure material availability and inventory turnover according to forecasts and plans.
What You Will Do
Key player in monthly Sales and Operations Planning Process
Responsible for Inventory reporting to Global Rosemount
Take ownership for and manage product lead times for Level products globally
Support the order and production planning with material analysis to ensure correct order planning
Set the build plan from demand plan and drive forecast demand to our suppliers
Drive initiative to improve stock turnover and days on hand
Who You Are
We believe you have prior experience in Master Scheduling or other relevant work experience.
You may also hold a bachelor 's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Economy.
You are analytical in nature and have the ability to plan and structure your daily tasks
To succeed in this role, you like problem solving and finding flexible solutions
You enjoy working in a team environment and your are able to communicate effectively with your colleagues. You will be working cross functionally and building cooperation within the company is key
This position is located at our Innovation Centre in Gothenburg-Mölnlycke with the possibility to work from home up to two days a week.
