Job
description

We are looking for a marketing manager who is
interested in and capable of developing Saab Barracuda's marketing and sales in
the future.

You will be responsible for the marketing department,
today ten employees. You will lead the team and have the overall responsibility
of developing the marketing activities. You will report to the Managing
Director of Saab Barracuda and be a member of the management and strategy
teams. This responsibility includes:

Ã?·
Being in charge of the marketing
activities towards our customers - military authorities and B2B

Ã?·
Coordinate the marketing issues
between our units in USA, Australia and India

Ã?·
Represent Saab Barracuda and drive
the marketing issues within the Saab group

Ã?·
Leading the personnel and
developing their competence

You will be stationed at Saab Barracuda's head office
in Gamleby and travel extensively both within Sweden and
internationally.

Qualifications

We would like you to have an academic background in
marketing or the equivalent experiences as well as former experience in leading
positions, especially within marketing and sales strategy positions. If you
have experience in international marketing, preferably in the military field,
we see this as an advantage as well as any knowledge of laws around defence
industry and export control.

You should like and have a good command of working
both strategically and operationally. You should be able to arouse enthusiasm
in and lead our skilled employees both on location and at a distance. You must
be fully in command of the English language and any additional languages are
considered an advantage.
