Job Summary
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Marketing Services in the EMEA region. Through Marketing Services offer, we are acting as a growth partner for our customers, supporting them in achieving sustainable profitable growth by identifying category and channels opportunities, incubating and materializing their ideas from beginning to end.
In this role, you will help us to create, drive and execute the growth strategy across EMEA region, both with locomotive customers as well as part of our business development activities.
These activities will be run through the Customer Innovation Centre in Lund, where you will be supporting the team in creating experiences touchpoints that address customer 's challenges and foster growth.
The position is located in Sweden, Lund.
What you will do
As a Marketing Services Expert, you will:
Identify business opportunities and leverage Marketing Services tool and methodologies to support customers' growth
Collaborate in the planning and implementation of Marketing Services programs for the markets in EMEA
Understand deeply categories, consumers and channels trend in the EMEA region to support fact-based decision-making
Partner with other teams within marketing and sales to integrate all capabilities relevant for the specific customer project
Prepare and facilitate in-person business meetings and sessions with customers at the CIC
Perform organizational tasks such as time planning, coordination processes and delivering on project timeline
Cooperate with agencies and other external partners
Contribute to a continuous evaluation of how the CIC and Prototype Center can address emerging customers ' needs and best support our business growth objectives
Capture and quantify the business results of the activities in terms of leads and opportunities through CRM (Sales Force)
We believe you have
A University Degree in Marketing; additional qualifications and competencies related to Digital Marketing, Retail, Branding and Design will be considered a strong plus.
Previous experience in B2C Marketing, Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies will be considered a strong plus.
Previous experience in Sales or Business Development roles is considered a strong plus.
Customer centricity
A real interest in consumer behaviour, which you proactively promote to customers to help identify the right solutions
High proficiency in presenting and driving discussions with customers
A real understanding of cultural awareness
Ability to prioritize and adapt
A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles in Marketing, Sales or Business Development
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, additional languages are considered a strong plus.
You are a person with a strong personal drive who continuously searches for improving your skill and your delivery. You have a can-do attitude, and you get energized by meeting other people and are curious about other cultures. You have excellent communications and are a great active listener, which makes it easier for you to anticipate needs and handle different situations. You are able to use your creativity to drive business.
