You will lead the inhouse marketing production team, including 9 specialists, and report to VP Marketing. You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and quality control of our marketing plan in close cooperation with our Brand & Communications Manager.
Role
As a Marketing Production Manager, you are given great opportunities for creative and professional development in a fast-growing and dynamic company. You will play an important role in executing the marketing strategy and you work alongside team members to develop their work and skills. You will lead and inspire the team, implement and follow up on the production plan, and prioritize and delegate tasks. You will also collaborate closely with other teams within the company, including sales, R&D, delivery and support to refine and communicate Pagero's story to the stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Implementation of the marketing plan
• Managing the production team, including employee admin (recruitments, performance review, team events, salaries)
• Final approval and sign off on new materials (eg landing pages, trifolds, etc)
• Budget follow-up
• Supplier contacts, when needed for review/development of activities or when need for new/replacement
• Owner of internal marketing meetings and monthly marketing update/newsletter
• Alignment meetings with Brand & Communications Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years' experience as a Production Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B company or agency working with B2B customers
• Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
• English education in Communications, Marketing or Advertising is a plus
• Task/goal oriented with ability to successfully lead a marketing team
• Creative and able to develop projects
• Enjoy working with/ and inspire the team to develop new ideas
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing communication
• Experience from working in an international organization and with colleagues in different locations
• Exceptional project management skills, including strong tracking, time-management and delegation skills
