We're currently in need of a Marketing Lead Generation Manager that has the drive and ambition to help us continue our expansion plans as we grow in Europe.

What are we looking for?
As a Marketing Lead Generation Manager at Airmee you will support our growth. You will be responsible for building and accelerating the leads generation efforts through capturing the interest of potential leads with various marketing activities. Your activities will increase brand awareness, build relationships, generate qualified leads, and ultimately make it easier for the sales team to close deals. You will be working in the interface between sales & marketing and you have prior experience from working in a fast-moving environment. You're a problem solver, a goal getter and a great team player.

You'll work closely with multiple teams across Airmee, to ensure we build and accelerate our lead generation efforts to reach our high set growth targets.

What will you be doing?
• Build a lead model and set a lead generation program to assess gaps required to achieve and maximize business performance
• Create and drive sales lead and marketing initiatives by using a hands-on approach with innovative thinking, including but not limited to the quantity, quality, and customer segment that will generate the best ROI
• Monitor social media profiles and activate our social media channels to achieve maximum impact
• Measure KPIs and ROI
• Build and drive the execution of these initiatives, including planning, program management and reporting
• Working daily with the marketing team, giving active feedback on the material, marketing activities and new ideas as well as working on lead automation flows.

Who are we looking for?
• Experience in a lead generation role in fast growing startup
• Passionate about the latest sales development, marketing techniques and messaging tactics
• Experience in using tools and tech for lead generation
• Thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• You can push us and be pushed as well without being offended. We love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It's the only way to grow.
• Fluency in Swedish and English both verbal and written is required.
• Bachelor degree in Economics/Marketing or similar
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• International experience is a plus
