We offer a varied role as Verisures next Marketing Director for Sweden and Belgium. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement and improve marketing and sales performance initiatives for the organization.
Over all responsibilities for all push and pull marketing activities (Offline and Online), Marketing Contact Center & Telesales processes, media planning and digital engagement will be part of your job.

You will also have the opportunity to:

Own and manage the p/l statement and be responsible for delivering on the budget. Along with managing the relationships and contracts with third party sales partners (e.g. online affiliates).
Significantly improve lead management Contact Center processes by developing and refining a sophisticated - yet practical - lead generation, management and assignment model.
Leverage an innovative, systematic and fast paced "test and trial" approach to find new ways of increasing lead generation and sales.
Drive significant category growth and brand preference for Verisure in the Swedish and Belgium market.
Implement a structured and integrated marketing planning approach including all offerings, campaigns, product launches, ATL and BTL activities.
Drive increased understanding of the needs and wants of the target market segment by employing relevant quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Install a culture of analytical rigor, high performance and KPI driven approach with high turnover and cost-effective campaigns, providing quality lead with good ROI.
Be instrumental in improving results by closely cooperating with other geographies and Group functions (e.g. Group CMO and team).
As our new Marketing Director for Sweden and Belgium you will build and inspire an excellent Marketing team that is lean and effective. You will be a central part of the Company Marketing horizontal networks to continue building overall company marketing capability, share & re-apply best practices into the Swedish and Dutch market for fast transfer.

What you bring
The ideal candidate is a high energy, results focused and extremely driven person with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. He or she is still standing before the height of their career and would be considered a pipeline talent for further growth/leadership positions. The candidate combines very good analytical skills and business vision with a keen understanding of the marketing disciplines. A can-do attitude and a highly pragmatic approach to creating results are also prerequisites. The candidate should have in depth understanding of the Swedish and Belgium market and context.

Experience in optimizing lead generation and execution with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong understanding of how a subscription business works and where value is generated.
An intuitive sense of what constitutes a good and viable business case.
Understanding and passion about consumer behavior and market dynamics.
A track record of delivering direct response campaigns in a digital environment while leveraging a KPI and fact driven approach.
Analytical skills, including business case modelling abilities as well as knowledge of all relevant forms of consumer research.
Independent, proactive, commercially savvy, and to get the big picture with the ability to translate it.
Strong strategic thinking/planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, communications programs.
Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on a culture of high performance.
