You will create high-quality content and product marketing assets that engage global audiences, support brand awareness, and empower our sales teams.
Working cross-functionally with experts across the organization, you will play a key part in making advanced cancer treatment more understandable - and more accessible - to healthcare professionals worldwide.
About the job
Your main tasks
• Use your radiotherapy domain understanding to break down and communicate complex products and clinical workflows clearly and credibly for different audiences.
• Where relevant, collaborate with clinical customers and other RaySearch departments to capture proof points for RaySearch products (including potential travel to and record interviews/video testimonials).
• Collaborate to identify and prioritize topics for white papers, case studies, webinars, and customer testimonials that highlight RaySearch differentiators; then drive production from concept to publication.
• Create and update product marketing collateral such as product sheets, launch assets, presentations, and customer-facing materials; ensure content is ready for global use by sales teams, distributors, and partners
• Work with the event team and other department stakeholders to generate, record, and package webinars for use in multiple channels.
• Contribute to product messaging and customer-facing narratives (positioning, benefits, differentiators), leveraging internal messaging frameworks where applicable.
• Support marketing strategy and collaborate on competition analysis with other RaySearch departments, through content insights and market-facing messaging needs.
• Ensure all marketing communications follow RaySearch brand guidelines and tone-of-voice.
Your profile
You combine a background in radiotherapy with strong communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working. You enjoy turning complex topics into clear messaging, take ownership of your work, and collaborate easily across teams. You are comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel and thrive in an environment where accuracy, credibility, and quality are essential.
• Formal education in radiotherapy or a closely related field (oncology, medical physics, or radiation technology)
• Hands-on experience in radiotherapy, gained through clinical practice or documented technical work with radiotherapy software, systems, and workflows.
• Advanced fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• A structured and proactive working style, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and follow through on tasks independently while at the same time having a flexible and solution oriented mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand, condense, and explain complex topics.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, clinical experts, and sales.
• Able to handle revisions, shifting priorities, and differing opinions in a constructive way.
• Ability to give and receive feedback constructively and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture.
It's an advantage, but not required, if you also have experience with the following:
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, or CMS platforms.
• Previous experience in B2B, med-tech, or software marketing.
• Familiarity with design tools or working closely with designers and art directors.
• Experience creating or hosting webinars or video-based content.
• Understanding of how marketing supports sales in complex buying processes.
