They are currently looking for someone great to join their marketing team to be responsible for expanding, managing and optimizing their marketing automation efforts (main channels currently are email and in-app). You should be analytical and get excited about the idea of constantly optimizing their marketing efforts and reaching the highest possible conversion rates by analyzing their users' needs.

You will work with diverse target groups - ranging from Management Consultants to Kindergarten teachers to CEOs. Their audience is a global one, a challenge they hope you will love!

Responsibilities for the role:
• Together with their Marketing Director create a plan to increase their growth via Marketing Automation
• Execution of Marketing Automation plan
• Ongoing optimization of Marketing Automation including a/b testing and analysis
• Analysis of user behavior that will be be turned into concepts of how to optimize viral effects via Marketing Automation
• Ensure correct tracking & trigger setup and request additional tracking if needed
• Together with Business Performance Director build out and update frameworks to evaluate the impact of Marketing Automation
• Together with Content Marketing decide on tactics for content distribution in owned channels
• Lead feature hard-launches & campaigns distribution in owned channels

Resources they have to support you:
• Marketing team to support you in analysis, tactics and copywriting
• Extensive tracking and triggers already in place
• Professional marketing and data gathering services (Customer.io, Intercom, Mixpanel, Google Analytics etc. )

Must haves for the role:
• 1-3 years experience in marketing & at least 1 year experience from marketing automation specifically
• Strong analytical skill-set
• Deep knowledge of the relationship between tracking/data and marketing automation
• Experience from a/b test setup and analysis
• Experience from working with at least one well known marketing/email automation software
• Strong academic background
• Bonus points for basic html skills as well as previous experience from SaaS, E-commerce or self-service B2B products (Slack/Dropbox for example)
• Place of work is Stockholm, and they can support re-location within EU

Not required:
• You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the customers team currently boasts 13 different nationalities!)
