hela Sverige One of Sweden's most successful online retailers are looking for a strong Market Manager for the German market. The main task is to acquire new customers, mainly by driving visitors to our stores and spreading knowledge about current offerings.
Pierce is expanding rapidly in all our segments; MX MC, and Snowmobiles. The goal is to strengthen the positions of all three brands (24MX, XLmoto and Sledstore) and to both gain online market share and grow faster even than the current massive shift from offline to online.
We will invest heavily in growth during the coming years and need a Market Manager for Germany to make sure we prioritize correctly when it comes to channels, customer acquisition, brand building and offers.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring the competition
Monitoring of possible Marketing Channels
Collaboration existing Print and Online Advertising partners in the industry media
Partnerships with associations, clubs and event organizers
Partnerships with Ambassadors / Influencers / Sponsorship
Optional - Based on the staffing needs per market
Translations of marketing material
Translation of product descriptions
Reports to "Head of Markets"
Qualifications:
Driven and self-reliant
Business-driven with negotiating experience
Analytical and results driven
Good MS Office skills
Excellent collaboration skills
The German language as mother tongue
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Working in Swedish is a plus, but not necessary
Insight into the Motorcycle and/or Motocross markets is desirable
International experience and cross-cultural understanding is desirable
It is said that many successful businesses have started in the garage, so it feels good that this was exactly how it all started for us. The eternal hunt for motorcycle spare parts and lack of good suppliers sparked the idea of stocking and selling motorcycle parts online and offering a fast and reliable service. Within only a few months we grew out from the garage and in January 2009 we started Pierce AB and launched 24MX, where we started to sell spare parts and equipment for the motocross world. Sales grew in a way that we never could have imagined.
At the beginning of 2009 we were only a team of 4, today we are more than 170, committed in giving our customers a huge range of products and an extraordinary level of service. Pierce is currently active in 16 European markets. We are still growing fast and always with black numbers at the last row.
