Tetra Pak SCO - Additional Materials - Straw Business organization has 12 factories worldwide producing over 25 billion straws. DSO Straws team, part of Straw Business, is seeking a professional with a strong technical background for the position of Manager Supply Chain. You will drive multiple development projects / activities of new straws and straw production equipment - improving the quality, reliability, productivity of current and future equipment at the lowest possible cost with a limited amount of time.

In this position you will manage Tetra Pak Closures/Strips/Straws Supply Chain to fulfil customer demands through the most efficient use of resources, including distribution capacity and inventory at the minimum costs. You will also secure capacity deployment in alignment with demand and drive continuous improvement.

The position is based in Lund but you will get the opportunity to develop and gain exposure to straw business in a truly multi-cultural / multi-location environment.

Travelling time is expected to 20-40%.

Main responsibilities

• Lead all Supply Chain key activities for Tetra Pak Closures/Strips/Straws operations, securing a timely, reliable and cost-efficient supply to markets.
• Develop and improve the supply chain process and capabilities, from yearly production planning to customer delivery.
• Implement global Supply Chain process and tools across product area and drive process standardisation and improved operational performance
• Drive the production allocation, minimising the global end to end supply chain cost and facilitating the optimal asset utilisation.
• Drive strategic planning securing that capacity deployment is aligned with demand need.
• Secure delivery performance through measurements to customer.
• Collaborate with markets and clusters with focus on Closures/Strips/Straws.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you have a Master degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration and at least 5 years experience within Supply Chain or in a Business role. Experience from leading people is considered a merit. You have worked across geographies and you have good commercial understanding.
