Project Office is a function within Trucks Product Projects (TPP) responsible for bringing significant contribution to the performance of our Truck brands by providing the right level of Project Management resources, at the right place, and with the right competence as well as developing the project management capability in the organization.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for an inspiring and inclusive leader for our Project Planning and Assurance team. It is a team of about 20 people and you will be supported by a teamleader.
You will have the responsibility to assign Project Assurance Managers and Project Planners to the projects. You will be responsible to develop your team and their competences as well as support and coach them to deliver successfully.
As a member of the Project Office management team you will also contribute to the development of project management as profession. Continuous improvement and collective intelligence is a natural part of our DNA, and we need to be agile and find new ways of working.

University degree in Engineering or equivalent
Automotive industry knowledge
Volvo Project Processes knowledge
Fluent in English
Clear communication, verbally and in writing
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
