Job Summary
In the role as manager for Production Development you will be responsible to drive the long term development of the production as well as being an important part of the production engineering management team. The department for production development is setting the future state of the production and for this drives investigations of new technologies, benchmarking and investment projects. Setting standards for production is an important part of the engineering work. You will have an important contribution to our common goal to be perceived as the leading manufacturer of axles and transmissions.
The function consists of about 10 people working with production development and project management. There is a big portion of cross functional work with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Leadership experience
• Need to have excellent communication and networking skills.
• Extensive experience from working with manufacturing engineering.
• Master or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Swedish is a must

Who are you?
We believe you have an academic degree in manufacturing engineering or similar and at least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. We also see that you have experience from a management position, preferably from the automotive industry.
