Are you ready for a challenging global role with interesting operations and with a clear mandate for improvements?
In this position you will be responsible for driving and facilitating the implementation of advanced quality systems, tools and standards as well as improved development and engineering processes within the Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials (SCO AM). You will collaborate with all parts of the Tetra Pak supply chain such as suppliers, Tetra Pak factories and market companies as well as development and engineering units.
You will:
• Act SCO AM expert in the development and implementation and of advanced quality management system
• Being SCO AM champion in leading and supporting the organisation in deployment, execution and compliance of product development and life cycle processes including driving SCO AM needs through specific or continues improvements
• Being the main contact and competence owner regarding standards for quality, environment, food and package safety compliance (ISO 9001 & 14000, BRC, GMP, GSFI etc) with extension to SEDEX
• Act as driver of SCO AM environmental initiative

You will have to navigate with integrity and credibility being both listening and motivating, by nature connected to your leadership. Furthermore you are striving to achieve goal and results in a methodically and persistent way always with focus on the customers' needs.
A University degree within the area of expertise is required combined with relevant previous working life experience. Process orientation, strong pedagogical and technical skills combined with strong Microsoft Office skills are mandatory to possess. Finally you need to command advanced tools for Quality improvements.
The role puts great demand on accessibility and you will travel approximately 20-30 days/year.
