About the job
In this position, you play a critical role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of product development and the business aspects of market strategy and profitability. You're responsible for ensuring that our CoroPlus Connected portfolio not only meets technical excellence but also aligns with our commercial and revenue goals, as well as customer expectations. By setting performance expectations, providing regular feedback, and promoting professional development to maximize team potential, you inspire, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and other experts - fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Your responsibilities also include:
Developing and managing sales plans.
Monitoring and analyzing financial performance and ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Enabling and driving sales efforts together with Account and Partner Managers.
Driving and revitalizing the CoroPlus Connected strategy to fit the current market trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams - including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing to develop a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the overall company goals.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape - translating insights into actionable commercial strategies.
You're based in Stockholm or Sandviken and international travel is expected.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with proven experience in a commercial management role within a product development or technology driven environment. You hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other related field, while an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams and you're proficient in using data analysis tools and software to extract insights and make informed decisions. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English.

You have strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret market trends, financial data and customer insights.
