You will provide strategic direction and you will be driving performance to ensure that all activities meet the required necessities including contractual requirements such as scope and on-time delivery.
Your responsibilities
Leading a team of engineers by focusing on personal development for the team members as well as preparing the team for existing and future challenges.
Driving development activities within the department. You will be responsible to develop processes, tools as well as driving the technical development within the department.
Setting goals and targets for the team and follow up on progress.
Guide the team, prioritize between activities and handle stakeholder management.
Budget responsibility.
Your background
You hold a university degree in a relevant field and have a technical background from technical areas relevant for the position.
To be successful in this role, you have a strong interest in the technology as well as a keen interest in developing people.
You are an engaged person who thrives in a constantly changing environment and enjoys collaboration.
Swedish skills would be advantageous.
