Job Summary
Business Unit Support Solutions develops and delivers software solutions for operations and business support systems (OSS and BSS), multi-screen and on demand TV and Media solutions as well as solutions and services for the emerging Mobile Financial Services eco-system.
The Business Unit has established a Business Excellence function with the intention to work closely with the Strategy function and the business to increase the speed and effectiveness of strategy execution across the Business Unit.
We are currently looking for a talented and results focused individual to join the team as leader for Performance Management within Business Unit Support Solutions. You will be critical for securing faster strategy execution and improved financial performance.
We are looking for the right candidate with excellent analytical skills, strategic perspective and a strong personal drive to continue drive our success across the BUSS business. The role will offer a unique opportunity to analyze the business and its value drivers end to end and to engage broadly with the organization to drive improved performance and results.
The Senior Manager, Business Performance Management has responsibilities across the BU including:
• Lead, provide structure and direction to Business Performance Management
• Drive the global community of Performance Management practitioners
• Establish operational targets, scorecards and metrics that effectively drive strategy execution and business focus throughout the organization
• Design, develop and implement a global approach to provide Management with a strategic, well-structured and actionable view of business performance
Professional experience
• Experienced management consultant, program manager, finance and/or operations professional
• Good understanding of business fundamentals, industry logic and business trends
• Significant experience from project management and leading teams
• Track record of driving business improvement initiatives with visible financial impact
Competence
• Change & Improvement management skills
• Project/program Management skills
• Deciding and initiating action
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate others
