In light of this, the CB Business Development function will establish a new department, Strategy Execution, and we are now looking for an experienced and inspirational Manager to lead the work with the implementation of set strategies to begin the journey towards actualizing our goals by implementing business transformations and implementing key initiatives. In this role, we offer you the opportunity to take action through influencing and inspiring others to follow implemented strategy through to Business results, where you add value by contributing with your business understanding and hands on experience. This is a truly global role which reflects our new organizational setup and way of working. In this position, you will report to the Vice President for Strategy and Business Development.
The location for this position is flexible, and some travel is a natural part of your work.
Key performance areas
As Manager for Strategy Execution, you support functional VPs in defining, developing and implementing change programs and business transformations. You ensure execution of the company Strategy Plan and change initiatives through supporting, coordinating and performance management of business transformations projects throughout the organization, and you follow up and support the definition, development and implementation of Key Initiatives. You define, establish and support the implementation of standard ways of working, performance management tools and techniques introduced across the programs, ensuring that risks and exceptions of deliverables are identified and appropriately addressed. In order to manage an active network of change and transformation programs, you keep stakeholders updated and informed on the progress of change programs and business transformations. To be successful, you actively promote a culture characterized by open communication and knowledge transfer between all stakeholders.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a technical degree, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent knowledge gained through working experience. To succeed in your mission, and to both support and challenge stakeholders, you have at least five years' experience from the Sandvik Coromant business model or similar, and operational experience from a Management position in Production, Product Management, Product Development or equivalent. A background in Manufacturing, proven project management skills and significant experience from leading operational improvements and change management is also highly desirable. You also understand the operations of a business and the complete value chain, from R&D to EtD. Additionally, you are a skilled user of Office365, and as we act globally, you need to communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing.
