hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-05-03ArbetsuppgifterIn this assignment you will work as a Manager Assistant for a client in the automotive industry. Our client works at an international level. In the role you are expected to welcome and help different people at the organization.
Requirements
• Experience working with executive teams or in a senior administrative assistant role. You should have knowledge of general office management
• You are a service-minded person
• Excellent level of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• You like interacting with high-level executives all around an organization
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Strong ethical mindset, a high level of integrity and loyalty
• You are used to take initiative in social contexts. You also have the ability of creating new relationships as you should know how to connect with people and make them feel comfortable and involved
• Proactive person who is detailed-oriented, energetic, open-minded and eager to take on new projects
• You can work individually and as part of a team. You can also tackle ad-hoc tasks as well as long-term projects
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365
• Expertise in Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, SAP Concur, CWT Travel tool or alike
It is meritorious if you speak Mandarin.
