The company hopes to raise more capital and/or bank loans and expand over time.
Management Accountant
The company is seeking a half time Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing financial reports for management, investors and bank lenders. This will include developing processes for capturing transactions and accumulating them in financial reports and financial analysis relevant to management, investors and potential investors, and banks. As management reporting and analysis may be very different from tax reporting, based on timing of expenses and amortization, this will include developing and implementing policies relating to accruing costs and income, and providing explanations of the differences between the management financial statements and the tax reporting statements (prepared by outside tax accountant). The Management Accountant will develop efficient processes for capturing financial information and passing that information to the tax accountant as well as inclusion in the financial reports.
Although some work may be done remotely, it is a requirement that the candidate be physically present for a significant part of the year to work with company management in Kalmar Län. Salary is anticipated to be in the range of 16000 to 20000 SEK per month for the half time position, based on the qualifications of the candidate.
