The StO/DtR (Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase) department is the largest delivery unit in Gothenburg offering a broad range of opportunities for personal development. We are delivering global IT solutions in the areas of CRM, Retail, Customer Loyalty, Service & Repair and Parts Logistics. Our employees work in global teams with all the Volvo companies and take on challenging assignments in our deliveries covering the complete product life cycle including new development and projects.
Our role is to provide expertise in our customers' focus areas. Maintain a high quality of deliveries and maximize the business value of IT solutions in the Volvo Group.
Maintenance Manager
We are looking for a skilled professional in the area StO/DtR.
You will work as a Maintenance Manager with the application Dealer Point. Dealer Point is a strategic business application with 15 modules for supporting dealers and dealer processes. Your main responsibility areas will be personnel, budget and delivery.
You manage projects with multi-functional teams in a global organization and you feel comfortable with a complex stakeholder structure. In addition you need to be a team player with strong communication skills. You have the ability to quickly grasp and understand customer needs and your top priority is to enhance the customers business by executing the runtime of the application towards the customer's requirements.
• Several years of participating in IT projects with high demands
• Experience from handling a demanding environment preferably in the automotive industry
• Previous work experience as Project Manager or Maintenance Manager
• Experience of Retail applications will be seen as an advantage
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within relevant field
• General knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
• International experience will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Have the ability to motivate a group of people toward a common goal
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
