About the job
In this position, you're the primary contact for all matters related to maintenance systems, including functions, reporting and preventive maintenance. You ensure high availability of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in collaboration with software suppliers, and manage development and improvement initiatives. This is a service-oriented role requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure users have the necessary skills and training, and regularly inform about planned updates.
Train staff on various CMMS and EAM functions.
Setup of new equipment, including creating lists for preventive maintenance, both from own lists and from machine suppliers, scrapping of equipment and creating repairable items with QR codes.
Manage license, permissions and rights.
Ensure CMMS and EAM are used with linked processes and update processes as needed.
Collaborate with IT architecture teams for compliance and future planning.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a background in maintenance and experience working with maintenance systems, specifically CMMS and EAM. You're able to understand and develop processes related to maintenance and their integration with these systems. Analytical skills, knowledge of IT and an education in IT or a related field is preferred, and experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You're social and easily build and maintain networks across various functions within our organization. With a pedagogical approach you're able to conduct training sessions effectively. You're structured and strive for development and continuous improvement. Courage and the willingness to take initiatives are also important traits for this role.
