Maintenance Engineer

As MAINTENANCE ENGINEER your main duty will be to secure information regarding the state of the facility to enable optimization of the maintenance organisation. You will work with a variety of tasks within stamping together with devoted colleagues the Press shop. Project management is included in the role you will contribute to the development of a maintenance organisation of world class standard.

Job profile:
• Assure optimization of the maintenance organisation including routines and work methods.
• Motivate and support the technicians in the maintenance organization.
• Estimation of maintenance costs long and short term.
• Produce work instructions.
• Conduct spare parts engineering for production equipment
• Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due.
• Assure optimization by reliability engineering.
• Take part in implementing Value Driven Maintenance.

Your profile:

• University degree within Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years experience within maintenance from heavy industry
• Experience from press shops is meritorious
• Project management skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent communications skills, written and spoken
• Experience from Maximo or similar maintenance system
• Self-starting
• Persistent
