hela Sverige Application Delivery has the mission to achieve a high level of efficiency within Volvo IT's application delivery and to develop, maintain and support business application solution that meets customers' demands for functionality, quality, efficiency and time to market.
We are now looking for a skilled professional to take on the role as Maintenance Assignment Leader (MAL) for our daily operation of several applications within the Logistics area. You will be responsible to deliver according to scope defined and agreed with Service Delivery Manager. Within your responsibility lies financial responsibility for the delivery, manning and quality according to Service Level Agreement (SLA). Delivering maintenance services for this delivery will involve resources from different Volvo IT sites/departments as well as non-Volvo IT resources.
Most of the applications in this portfolio have the highest service level for availability. The applications are mainly standard applications developed by third parties and this puts another dimension to this assignment so good understanding of the Logistics business area would be preferred.
In order to perform well and enjoy this assignment you need to have a broad IT-background and strong leadership skills. Good knowledge of Movex would also be preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for a professional relationship with the customer representatives, mainly the solution manager and end-users
• Responsible for planning, organizing, reporting and follow up the assignment in accordance to the OLA (Operational Level Agreement and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Initiate corrective actions for any kind of deviations from targets, and report progress
• Proactivity and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Responsible for securing the delivery from third party suppliers
• Follow-up of costs and services delivered
• Understanding of the business needs and requirements
• Managing the incoming enhancement and CR's
Your profile:
You are professional,customer oriented and service minded. You are a driving force with high social competence. You have experience in service delivery, maintenance services and preferably knowledge of the Logistics business area as well as the application Movex.
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Communicative team-player
• Leadership skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Work experience as a Maintenance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Project manager, Business Analyst or equivalent
• Service minded - customer focus
• Courage and ability to communicate and explain the content of the services within the agreement/portfolio from a delivery perspective
• Capacity to execute against set targets
