We are looking for a customer centric bilingual Swedish-Finnish speaking Logistics Team Leader. You will lead a team located in Vantaa, Stockholm and Copenhagen, and act as a liaison between sales, operations and 3PL warehouses and logistics providers. You are responsible for developing and securing the day to day customer logistics of Fazer Lifestyle Foods, including order handling, optimizing logistic costs, securing correct customs codes, process and procedures. You are not afraid of routines since part of your job is hands-on managing customer orders and logistics. You are also responsible for coordinating the product sample process and tendering routes based on sales requirements.
Your position will be in Stockholm or in Vantaa. You will report to Head of S&OP and Logistics, Fazer Lifestyle Foods.

What you'll bring to the team
To be successful in this role you have at least 5 years' experience in customer logistics and in leading a successful team. You have additionally strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Your expertise within logistics is built on rigid knowledge regarding customs requirements, management of 3 PL warehouse and logistics providers and logistics requirements from retail. You have an innovative way of developing logistics and approaches challenges with a positive mindset. Leading or being part of EDI projects is seen as beneficial.
You are cooperative, positive, show initiative and you make things happen. You have good problem-solving skills and understand the bigger picture. You have an analytical approach to work, an eye for detail and experienced ERP user, preferably Navision. Your proficiency is preferably based on a University degree. You are a great communicator and fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English. Last but not least - it is fun to work with you.
