hela Sverige BioLamina is currently looking for a dedicated, meticulous and service oriented Logistics and Customer Services coordinator to strengthen our team. As a Logistics and Customer Services coordinator, you will be in contact with customers from more than 35 countries with responsibility for the complete ordering and shipping process. You will also play an important role in keeping the internal operations running smoothly and building of capacity for the future, with daily interactions with our Production and Sales teams.
You will be working in our office and production facility in Sundbyberg in a highly multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
• Handling of the complete ordering process: Communication with customers, preparation of quotes, receiving and preparing orders, invoicing of customers and follow-up of payment.
• Handling of internal and external logistics: Prepare packages for shipping, ordering of freight and follow-up delivery of packages. Ordering and receipt of all production and research materials.
• Collaboration with Production and Sales departments to assist coordination and planning.
• Playing an active part in continuous improvements for streamlining processes and exploring possibilities of building of capacity efficiently in the department.
Qualifications
• Sense of accountability, with attention to details.
• Problem solver with collaborative mindset.
• Excellent English skills.
• Good IT skills - prior experience from working with SAP Business systems is a plus.
• Proactive and aptitude for learning new things and willingness for change.

The ideal candidate will have a laboratory science background and/or previous experience of working in the process industry with both upstream and downstream processing, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working technique, experience working in cleanrooms is an advantage.
You are a problem solver with hands-on experience in working with the ÄKTA purifying system is of great advantage
Experience in working according to GMP it is an advantage but not a requirement.
You should be fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English both oral and in written
Good computer skills
