Looking for minimum 3 years of experience on Linux /Unix administration with good Networking (Routing / Switching) experience and Oracle but then having somebody with DB expertise.

• Strong expertise in Linux (Red hat) / Unix administration
• Extensive experience with installations, troubleshooting, handing issues related to interfaces, processes, memory, CPU utilization etc.,
• In depth experience with networking products (routers, switches, firewalls etc.,)
• Expertise must include setting up lab environment
• Protocol expertise should include: TCP/IP, AAA, Diameter, SIP and other Routing protocols
• Good understating with Telecom Networks, Voice, Data, and UMTS
• Any understanding with Packet Analysis, WireShark, Ethereal etc., will be useful.
• Good experience on setting up lab environment.
• Experience with any scripting language will be useful.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of any Mail application like Qmail or Postfix.
• Working knowledge on any one of branded hardware vendors like HP/Sun/IBM/Dell.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere Application Servers and any backup application will be an added advantage.

Education and Certifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree in related field and any additional certification in computer hardware and networking would be added advantage. Eg: RedHat Certified, Sun certified
