We are looking for two new line managers for the following departments:
ERP Operations and Support ERP
Operations and support has the responsibility for application management of Saab's ERP system IFS applications. The area provides support, training and development of IFS applications which means close cooperation with the respective business area but also with IFS and other internal/external suppliers.
ERP Project and Assignment
ERP Project and Assignment provides resources with deep knowledge in IFS applications taking part in business development projects within the business areas. The responsiblity also includes driving or taking part in projects implementing or upgrading IFS Applications at Saab. The group also takes an advisory role of how to use IFS Applications in common but also at Saab
Travel within and outside Sweden occurs.
Your Profile
You are driven, innovative and responsible. Because the role involves a lot of contacts and collaboration, great importance is attached to your social ability. You are interested in coaching, dare to make decisions and are at the same time humble with the ability to listen and take part of other people's experiences.
Required skills
* We see it as probable that you have an academic degree in Engineering/IT/Finance or have equivalent work experience.
* You should have a good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Desired skills
* It is an advantage if you have managerial experience and experience in each area (depending on the service).
* IFS knowledge in common is valuable for the role.
* For the ERP Operations and Support line manager role it is especially meritorious if you have earlier experience from working/leading a support organization.
What you will be a part of
ERP Application Services at Saab Group ICT is the Maintenance organisation and support function within Enterprise Application Management for three installations (Sherpa, Chili and ERP9) of the ERP system IFS Applications at Saab. We need to strenghen and increase our delivery capacity and is therefore looking for you who want to be a part of continuing our journey being a strong and competetive maintanance organisation together with our employees. Our mission is to continue to develop as an operational organization, which supports Saab's operations and business in development, operations and support as well as management of IFS ERP environments with demands for high security. You will be a part of ERP Applications Services management team.
