Role overview
We are looking for a people person to join our Line Manager team at DICE. At DICE we strongly believe the people working here are our most valuable asset. DICE has a high set goal in making every individual feel unique, useful and appreciated for her contribution. Your responsibility as Line Manager will be to cater for the individual?s long term career plan and development. To be successful you work closely with the project management and HR.
Key duties include: coaching, resource & talent planning, performance reviews, salary reviews, training, recruitment, team health and reporting.
