As an intern at NA-KD, you are seen as a valuable talent and a full-fledged team member. The position will involve assisting with contract management, legal research, correspondence, compliance analysis, data compilation and project management.
We are a fashion e-commerce business growing extremely quickly and need a superstar legal intern who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has exceptional problem solving skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in reviewing and drafting a variety of agreements and legal documents
Support for analysis on Data Privacy
Assist in compliance checks
Various legal researches
KEY SKILLS
Fluent in Swedish & English, both in speaking and writing
Must be enrolled in pursuit of a law degree. Third year/Master degree's student preferred
Knowledge of IP, commercial and contract law
Strong research skills
The ability to read, understand and draft English legal documents for internal and external use
Driven and energetic, with the ability to focus on what really matters
Good knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Office
Ability to multitask in high paced environments, where rapid changes are common
Social and team player
Detailed oriented and organized person
