Experis Finance is looking for a Communication Specialist for our client located in Malmö. You will be a part of a larger international project who has several large stakeholders and target users (over 5000 people). It takes a lot of planning and production of communication in order to deliver the right information to the right people. The project will have a communication lead who is responsible for strategic planning and follow up on communication activities. The project has a need for a communication specialist who can supports the communication lead and focus on gathering the right information and produce large amount of communication materials.

The main tasks of the assignment are:

* Produce communication materials to support the project communication (text, graphic & video) towards users and stakeholders
* Provide updated communication material to the project communication responsible in order to have a simple, consistent and synchronized communication offer to target groups and stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain the look and feel of the communication material both from written and graphical perspective (website, newsletter, etc.)
* Support Roll-out team on communication if necessary

Start date: 2018-09-01

End date: 2019-08-31 with the option to extend.

Primary working site: Malmö

Your profile

* Proven experience as a Communicator (minimum 1-3 years)
* Experience in producing content materials (text, graphic and video)
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. (English is the working language)
