Lead Interiors Engineer
Koenigsegg Automotive builds some of the fastest cars in the world, with almost all of our megacar technologies patented and made in-house. WHAT YOU'LL DO
We need more exceptional, impactful, and authentic leaders to build our prototypes and grow our organization. Our ambitions and deadlines push the limits of what is physically possible. Accountable for creating, maintaining & communicating schedules & plans for battery projects
Drive action with internal & cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time & resource constraints
Identify creative & timely solutions to key program challenges
Track project progress & report effectively on status, blockers & changes
Develop & maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders
Track project costs & drive cost management improvement
Track resourcing of projects & drive resource balancing between different program priorities
Support tracking & execution of design validation testing
Identify team priorities & motivate the project team to complete critical tasks
Develop systems & best practices for communication & change management
Own product BOM accuracy & communication of changes between design, supply chain, PMI & material planning
Complete appropriate documentation & ensure accuracy of data across Koenigsegg systems
(Enovia, DELMIA, CATIA, Altium, Polarion skills)

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
7+ years experience in automotive product development or project management
Detailed knowledge of the automotive design and development process, system requirements, and general engineering best practices
A deep understanding of an automotive interior including interfacing systems and components
Knowledge of the materials, processes and technologies used to deliver Interior engineering content
A system-based approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for continuous improvement
A demonstrated ability to solve problems using a first-principle physics based approach
An eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
First-class communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across multiple sites and time zones
Comfort presenting detailed information to a wide range of audiences
Excellent time management skills
The ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects with differing timelines
Sound commercial and financial awareness
CATIA V5 proficiency
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Flexibility to travel to launch locations for extended periods as necessary
