The team
You will belong to the Enterprise Architecture team whose responsibility is to provide clarity in strategies, provide effective methods to address complex business challenges and govern for a future proven IT landscape. Furthermore, the team also functions as an important part in the set-up of IT collaboration within Traton Group.
Your responsibility is to be the lead architect for IT Shared Services which includes e.g. AI & Data, Integrations, Information Security, Business Automations and Digital experiences.
Your commitments / mission
You will together with the team set the foundations for a future proven and value driven Enterprise Architecture. A huge part of the work is to drive this transformation together with colleagues on the strategic level cross Scania as well as cross other brands within Traton group. Business opportunities enabled by new technology is also part of your misson. You will work closely with IT management as well as other business and IT stakeholders advising in strategic technology directions.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for a high-level target architecture of Shared IT Services, current landscape and future transformations towards that target
• Provide guidance and leadership ensuring Scania and TRATON alignment with IT strategies and targets
• Work for a modern and business driven Enterprise Architecture, enabling a flexible and agile implementation, cross Scania and the brands within Traton group
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and influence business strategies and translate them into action plans
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into architectural plans as appropriate
Requirements
ü Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in relevant areas. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and envision long-term solutions.
ü Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
ü Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and cloud computing.
ü Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
