hela Sverige Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
ERP Digital Core are supporting Scania with IT solutions on standard ERP software, mainly SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. This to optimize the IT landscape for the current business model and at the same time secure that the core platforms are able to support. Scania future business models where speed, flexibility and changeability are key factors.
Scania is now planning to increase the capability in this area adding an ERP Lead Architect with the responsibility to secure an efficient deployment of strategies in this area. This by guiding and steering programs, projects and initiatives within the scope of standard packages supporting Scania "Digital Core". We want a flexible, agile, curious and experienced architect with the ambition to think new. At the same time having the ambition to be the core player in setting a modern agile architectonic steering to support the vision of having a flexible "Digital Core" IT landscape enabling business change and flexibility.
Your work assignment
You will as a servant leader help Scania in strategy deployment by steering and guiding as well as working actively in strategic initiatives within this area. This to maximize business value and to secure a future proof, flexible and changeable IT landscape. The future IT strategy contains a Digital Core containing SAP and MS Dynamics implementations serving as a backbone for Scania's future applications. Your task will be, together with our other ERP Lead architect, to lead the architectonic work within all strategic initiatives in this area.
We know that diverse teams are strong teams and the organisation ERP Digital Core consist of different ages, backgrounds, experiences and nationalities. You will as a leader coach other specialists and architects based on Scania's values and principles and towards a common vision and target architecture. As ERP Lead architect for you will work closely with the departments within Scania's commercial and industrial areas to establish a flexible and future proof IT landscape that supports Scania's business vision and new business models.
Your profile
Our expectation is to meet a person with passion, curiosity and determination with a high level of empathy and a business- oriented mindset. You have proven experience from agile architecture, and know-how of the importance of working together in high performance teams. Your stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle multiple business relations as well as coordinating several IT service delivery organizations to support your business. You'll be developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English.
It is a great advantage if you have SAP and MS Dynamics D365 knowledge. To be successful in this role you will enjoy working in a global evolving, strongly dynamic environment. Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results are as critical as strong relationship skills to continue the work with business and IT as one. Good knowledge in data management and new tech is also valuable in this role.
