Drives Laws and regulation (L&R) work within PP WL as well as being the interface to other organizations in Laws and regulation activities. Included are both collecting and informing about legal requirements, as well as following up on validation of regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
• Supporting Projects in L&R issues
• Act as safety manager in Projects
• Support TP-organization in L&R issues
• Support JTC and Konz in L&R issues
• Collect analyze and inform about new L&R
• Supporting National and Road Approvals
• Be a part of cross-PP-activities
• Take active part in Business Planning dpt activities and responsibilities
• Establish required routines and decision-making processes within the given activities
• Display and secure project/activity progress
• Arrange meetings/reviews with relevant reference groups
• Establish project assessments and status reporting
Required Competencies
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience of Laws and regulation work
• Experience of Safety work ? preferably within Electrics/Electronics
• Holistic approach. Ability to identify and deliver solutions securing profitability from an overall enterprise perspective
• Experience from project management or managing staff
• Experience from Product Development
• Knowledge and experience of Construction equipment/WL
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience within Engineering
• Excellent spoken and written English
Minimum Education Required
• University degree in Engineering or similar field
The requirements in education and competences are not to be seen as a threshold, but rather indicate what is preferable for the role. The employee will work in parallel with Jörgen Bergsten.
